I use a lot of detox pads. I really like this brand.

These worked better than I thought! They stay on very well (kinda feels like im putting a sanitary pad on my feet). My stress has decreased, I'm a daycare teacher, and I sleep better and longer through the nite. I've noticed that the bags under my eyes have lessened and my feet don't hurt as much from walking and standing on them all day. The pads do have a slight odor to em but Idk If that's all the natural stuff in em or just the pads.

I really like these compared to others detoxifying pads because they come already on the sticky part so it’s literally peel & stick. The other ones are separate and it’s kind of a pain to put them on the pad and then on your foot without messing the sticky part up. I liked these do much I added them to my subscribe & save.

What can I say. I'm not using them on a daily or ever other day. I'm not using them as I should. I can say when I have used them, upon taking them off in the morning, the pad from the bottom of you feet is "black" I can feel nothing, but that's my fault. I'll update later.

I use this product to get impurities out of my body especially when I start feeling sluggish. For me it works.
