Used for arthritis.
I have a very arthritic knee from a break when I was a kid. Spring and Fall it acts up something awful and I get a brace yearly. Ive tried many. A lot of yjem after about 4-6 hours make my knee feel WORSE. Or they slide down causing me to constantly adjust. I get annoyed and just take it off. This is a great brace. It's long. This helps it to stay up as the motion of the knee doesn't make it shift as much. It also has a cross strap that helps it stay up. I had it on 8 hours today and forgot it was even there. It's very comfortable. It helped that achey pain.My concern is sizing. Mine fits fine. I got the medium. I usually take a small in eveything. 5,6 125 lbs. the med JUST fits. I can JUST attach the cross strap wihj NO room to spare. This isn't an issue for ME, but when ordering keep this in mind. These run small. You def mihjt want to size up.

For me, need two sizes
Like so many of us in the 70 plus years, we have not always been kind to our body's. I tore my meniscus in 2013, had surgery in 2015 and went back to not always remembering I'm no longer a teenager. Fast forward and a knee replacement is in my future, but still hold out hope for the "chicken fat" shot to work miracles. I have braces provided by the Orthopedic surgeons office and sometimes when my knee is swollen the brace is uncomfortable. This sleeve works wonders under the brace. Strengthening is no longer an option, but walking is something that I can still do 5 out of 7 days when braced.I ordered a large because reviews said to order a size up. It is somewhat large when the knee isn't swollen like grapefruits, but when swollen does a good job of compressing the knee. I'm going to order a second one in a medium for when the knee isn't as swollen and I need to keep the leg elevated to get back to living life. This works for me.The price is right. There are no directions with the packaging. The first time I used the sleeve I referred back to the Amazon listing and it was helpful.

Great compression brace. Not much support.
I've used this brace about 10 times now. I use it under another brace that has metal side bars. My ACL is loose, and it doesn't like skating (Ice, rollerblading and more so x-country). I keep this brace on for a while after my activity to keep the swelling down. After a while the wraps straps start to cut off the circulation on the underside of my knee, so I remove it. I keep the male velcro on the tab and the other wrap strap. I also fold them over onto the strap when not in use. As I read in other reviews, this keeps the velcro from shredding other parts of the brace. I have used the brace by itself once and I can see how it folds down a little on the top edge. I do position the wrap straps, so they go just under the kneecap/patella.

Rolls down leg
The brace seems like it works well, but unfortunately I can’t use it as it keeps rolling down my leg and then becoming uncomfortable. I got a larger size to hopefully prevent that issue, but it didn’t seem to help. I do like the Velcro bands that cross over and add support, I just wish there was a way to prevent it from rolling down on larger legs.

Highly recommended.....
My knees are in awful condition - one replaced with arthrofibrosis, the other with multiple complex meniscus tears - but I'm determined, like many, to continue playing singles tennis. Especially with its wraps, I believe this brace has helped substantially to keep everything stable and reduce pain. It has also proven durable and I just throw it in the laundry & dryer. I don't know how many braces I've tried - this is my goto.

Great buy for me. Ignore the negative reviews and order the right size!
I felt like i needed to review this based on my experience and the negative reviews based on ignorance. I mean people are giving 1 star reviews because they ordered wrong or don't know it's a compression wrap and should be tight. For me, I have a problem with my left knee. In the past on my right knee, I damaged my ACL and MCL which required surgery. When it happened I went to the ER and they said they can't do nothing, here's a knee brace... it was worthless and just kept sliding down. I thought I was getting arthritis because there was some in my other knee. Well two days ago, my knee loosened up like my other one when the tendons tore.Long story short, I ordered this $10 knee wrap after measuring as described. I'm 350lbs and it came in at 65cm. the largest they had said 60cm. But I needed one so I ordered it. Regardless, this thing works good enough for me even though I measured larger. All the people complaining about this size, must not have measured first. It's supposed to be tight and it's working good for me. Since I'm oversized for the wrap, the straps are a little short but they stick to the sides still short of the landing pad and works great. It's been giving me the support I need.I'm sure everyone has a different problem then the next person but for me, this is working perfect. I can't complain about this $10 knee wrap!

Straps are WAY too short with no way to adjust!
I am a heavy woman with large thighs, but I took a chance and ordered the size xxl. It arrived today so I immediately pulled it on, and was delighted to see that it fit! Then I tried to wrap the straps around and they are laughably (and insultingly!) way too short!!! They cross under my knee and are then supposed to wrap all the way around back to the front? Not even close! They barely make it back to each side! Luckily the velcro will stick to the brace itself so they squeaked a 2 rating out of me, but it is tearing up the material each time I release the velcro. This could have been a great product if they took into consideration that people come in different sizes! All they had to do is make a much bigger strip of the “soft part” of velcro across the whole top of the brace instead of a little 2 inch square, which would then allow the straps to be adjustable. Very poor design which will require me to sew on my own velcro patches, but otherwise it is at least soft and pretty comfortable.**UPDATE: I wore it for two hours and sadly the top started rolling down after about the one hour mark. Very disappointing!

Amazing support!
This is the absolute best brace I have found. It fits very snug and the straps add even more support. And great price as well.
