Perfect 30 mg capsule
Everyone needs zinc as our bodies can not store it. If your strength training this is a must. 30 mg. is ideal as I get small amounts of zinc from other supplements. If you feel you need more, pop a second one.

Good value but why is the dosage so high?
Not sure why it’s 50 mg of zinc. This is a bit high for a daily pill right? Usually it should be 30 but I should do more research. I feel it on recovery days so that’s good

Take overnight
Take as soon as I lay down for bed. I wake up in the am and am actually hungry and I have never done that before. I read that zinc helps your metabolism work throughout the night so it seems to be working. Trying to lose a few lbs so I’ll post an update later. I have only been taking for 2 weeks as of now, but I’m going to keep trying.
