This is my very first Puroair Air Purifier and I am extremely thrilled how it has made my breathing better. The air in my bedroom feels so much cleaner and I don’t wake up with nasal congestion or coughing. This air purifier is supreme and I give it a 5 star. However, it should be 3.5 stars due to a glitch when ordering the “BUNDLE” (should come with an air purifier with 2 replacement air filters) for $199.00, but Amazon does not recognize this is a “bundle” order resulting in 2 separate delivery. It now only comes with 1 replacement air filter instead of 2 air filters. I immediately contacted Amazon customer service about this problem and the representative was able to send me the missing replacement air filter. I ordered 3 Puroair air purifier bundle and each time the same problem happened and I had to contact Amazon customer service. Customer service representative looked at my order and was able to complete my “bundle” order (1 air purifier and 2 replacement air filters). Price was reasonable, especially with the “bundle” promotion. The unit is easy to operate and you can adjust to the noise level which can be very quiet in low setting. I highly recommend this air purifier.

I have been using this air cleaner for one year. I bought it primarily because we use a wood stove in the winter. During the winter, we used the unit about 2 hours a day and more often while re-lighting the stove. The unit seemed to sense when it needed gear up. When I thought the unit should cycle, it did. I have turned the unit on to test it when I think the air is good, and should not run, and it acts as I expect. Today, we had our house sprayed for bugs. (Northern MI has lot of bugs). Turned the unit on and strong cycled for a half hour! I am very pleased with this product.

Great product! I was waking up with headaches everyday until I bought the set of 2. 1 for upstairs and 1 for the bottom. It's not noisy unless you put it on full blast then its loud and usually the only time it goes full blast is if my dog walks by or I'm vacuuming. The air feels and smells fresh. The filters don't seem to last long that's the only thing. Did a lot of research and this is a good buy thats not very expensive compared to some out there.

I live in Eugene Oregon, which has horrible grass pollen problems. Very high is over 200 and it was 850 the other day. This lasts for the month of June. When I come into the house I can feel my sinuses opening up and I can breathe normally. These units are doing a great job of filtering out the pollen in my house. We're keeping the house closed up and running them 24 hours a day. Mostly staying inside. They are a bit expensive, but it's cheaper than moving!

I have 2 of the 400’s. Just bought the second one. Did I need another one, probably not. But I’ve seen less dust and I sleep great. Just thought an xtra one will make it even better! We had a dust storm recently in Dallas. You could barely see across the street. My one unit ran on red for hours. Guess I need better windows, lol. I was glad to see my unit was working as it should. Excellent product!

I have three big dogs the dust. The dander was way out of control worse than when I lived in the country. I would dust and vacuum and by the time I was done with that room I’d have to go back and do it again.These little units are amazing. I now only have to dust maybe twice a week and it’s very minimal on my tables. The house smells better wish I would’ve bought these seven years ago definitely definitely worth the price and purchase.

Good purchase. This unobtrusive purification unit works well and really is a powerhouse for its size. You can set for night time to decrease noise , but noise level during the day isn’t much at all. Unit picks up aerosols when sprayed in other rooms and thoroughly clears out any lingering smell immediately (example: hairspray in bathroom when unit is in living room).
