good all purpose squash scraper
I bought it mostly for acorn squash. World have preferred the teeth closer together but it does the job. I'm happy with my purchase

I was hoping to find a better option to remove seeds and strings from squash, so I was happy to find this. I can't help but think that a slightly sharper edge would make it even better, but maybe that's a safety concern. Nice and sturdy, easy to grasp handle, should last for a long time.

Where was this product 30 years ago? LOL. An American company, women managed, and the most high quality culinary gadget I have bought in YEARS. Manufacturers guarantee, as well as Amazon backup. Even the hardest butternut squash or pumpkin will not break or bend this scraper. Every Blue Moon a well made product replaces the substandard stuff on the market.
