Bought this for an elderly friend who wasn't hydrating properly, and she seems to like it. I knew about it because I've used it myself. Better for you than sports drinks, I think.

It has great natural flavors and Sweetener but it needs to have more flavour added to be to my liking . I will purchase again need to add twice the amount as directed!

Absolutely perfect

Great product that provides hydration and electrolytes
I use a packet of the Stur hydration and electrolyte drink mix everyday. The Fruit Punch flavor tastes sweet while containing all natural sweetener and nothing artificial. The powder mixes well and I feel more hydrated after drinking it. I’m glad Amazon has this product at a good price.

Not nearly as good as Stur Lemonade and Strawberry Watermelon Liquid Flavors mixed together.
This may be less costly, but it doesn't come close to how good Stur Lemonade and Strawberry Watermelon squirt bottles taste when mixed together. I do one squirt of each into a 16oz cold bottle of water and it taste amazing.
