AVOID VGUARD FILTER - PATHETIC SERVICE
Post one year , I called up for outer filter change and general service. I was told 350 for outer filter and 400 for washing the filterThe person changed the filter and went on make a simple cleaning of filter inside tank and outer white filter .. Then he removed the pipe near FR ( flow restrictor) after fitting it backhe said you have very slow water coming out.He said to observe the speed of water and call him. When asked, when everything was fine before he visited , he refused to accept and claimed he did not do anything..Now I see even the water the drains out speed has reduced completely.He was pretty sure that this will fail and asked me to call back and was also asking me to go for annual maintenance thing..These guys are making sure after warranty we end up paying huge moneyFor this disgusting service I was charged 750. Pathetic service. Even my colleague had same issue exactly after 1 year, who just bought before me. Seeing him even I bought within few weeks. Now I feel it’s every customer facing same issue by these service guys who intentionally spoil and make you to buy new partsPLEASE AVOID BUYING VGUARD PRODUCTS.ITS A FRAUD COMPANY WHERE YOU END UP ECONOMICAL FILTER AND REPLACE PARTS REGULARLY

The water purifier looks good and it's water filter process looks reliable and smooth. The product installation process is completed in a proper manner by Mithilesh Mishra is a very professional way and he also explyme about the product usage donand donts.

Best Indian RO with Best service
After several searches and study I finally ordered it and my decision was right. A service guy is very polite and genuine banda hai. He works in many another RO companies but the he also assured about vguard product and service. This RO is good with very cheap annual service charge compared to other brands.
