Good Vitamins
The vitamins are just fine. I'm not a vitamin expert so I don't know how well these are working, but all I know is that I'm taking them everyday and feel great. And the pill is small and easy to swallow which I especially like.

Be aware that Vitamin K counteracts or interferes with the action of warfarin blood thinner as it enhances blood clotting. The label also warns that you should discuss Vitamin K use with your health care provider if you are nursing or pregnant. In general, be sure to inform your health care provider of all vitamins and herbal supplements that you are taking.
