Amazing
I was wary as this was a lot cheaper than a lot of scooters I had viewed. When it came it was perfect, super fast free delivery and an amazing scooter. Thank you

Dangerous do not buy !!!!
If I could this minus stars I would - this was purchased as a gift and thank god it wasn’t used by them - it was test by an adult and he is now is hospital fighting to save his leg after the breaks failed and he had no option but to jump off at 24mph - this has now given him life changing injuries- the scooter is difficult to control and the speed it can go is just too much for the brakes to handle !!

Doesn't last
Do not buy. Doesn't even last a year. Handle bars now constantly move. I did provide images and description of issue. They have now offered me a refund. I hope the follow through

Great product
My son loves it. It’s an excellent buy. Just a shame the delivery driver left it right outside my door for the whole street to see while I was out!!

Sent to me with a dangerous fault.
Clearly this product had been returned before, packaging had already been opened, alarm bells rang at this point, after assembly I noticed the throttle leaver did not springback into position, luckily I rang the technical team and they clarified that it indeed should spring back..... fortunately I had not taken it for a test run, if I had, it could have been very dangerous.

They’ve got a lot wrong.
So I’ve had mine now over 6 months and it has no suspension what’s so ever nor does it have solid rubber wheels the back is solid the front is pumped up and if you buy one definitely get spare inner tubes because they do pop easily, it goes 15mph and 7-8 miles on a charge it’s best to keep the charger with you and top the battery at your destination you don’t need to but it will keep the power from dropping it’s got 3 gears 1st is very slow 2nd is very good for chilling and keeping the battery up and 3rd is amazing At 15mph it’s plenty also big warning if you go down a hill the brakes will fail if you go over the top speed I’ve had a massive crash down a hill when the brakes just gave up completely and I fell around 25mph smashed my face and had a hole in my foot from where I tried slowing down but as long as your not silly you should be fine I would not recommend for anyone under 18 it’s more dangerous than my motorcycle I’ve hurt myself a lot more on the scooter than 10 years riding a motorcycle so take that as you will, please don’t buy for anyone under 18 it’s very dangerous also very illegal in the uk at the moment the police will take it because in the law it’s a motor vehicle it’s got electricity to move it it’s a very thin line but if they feel like it they will just take it, after the second crash the tyre went flat and the screen display is completely smashed can’t see anything it says so do expect to brake the screen in one small drop the wires get damaged in a drop and the wheel bends easy as well it’s an very good scooter as long as you keep very good care of it and don’t go fast but even going slow it’s easy to crash a stone can make you fall that goes for all scooters but I really wouldn’t not recommend for anyone under 18 it’s a very bad idea but if your an adult and sensible it’s a very good purchase you couldn’t go wrong.
