Worked great. Build quality seems good
Installed it on my Generator which had not been used for 7+ years, and she fired straight up (previously refused the fire). Well built product and for the price, came with all the options I needed. The filter came in handy as the old one was starting to perish.

Works well
I replaced the carb on my rigid 6800 watt generator with this one and have to say that it was very easy and straight forward. The generator ran on the second pull. There was a slight bit of surging at first but that went away after replacing the air filter. All in all it is a good product at a very reasonable price.

it fit like it was supposed to
it started up ok, but would not idle, and would lean out, I checked the richness adjustment screw on the right side, and it was screwed in tight, I backed it out 1.5 turns counter clockwise, and then It would run with no choke and idled ok, quality seems good, some brass,

Carburetor for Yamaha MZ360 engine
Exact replacement and runs the engine well. The only issue was the gasket bolt holes were smaller than the carburetor studs on my engine.

Perfect Fit Yamaha 360 cc generator engine
Not only a ferfect fit , there were NO adjustments needed. Older Rigid 6800 generator piston was rusted to a locked condition and the float bowl was full of rusty sludge. I free'd the piston, cleaned the bore, put on this carburetor , pulled the chord twice and it came to life running smooth and at the propper RPM.

Rigid Generator
Gaskets were too small for my Rigid generator and needed 3 kit only came with 2. Nothing some RTV couldn't handle. The fuel shut off also didn't work for my tank. Carb works great and the generator fired right up. Would be a 5 star if my gaskets were the right size and all there!

Why didn’t I buy this sooner?
After futzing with the carb on my 20yo Yamaha generator off and on and failing to get it running for fire than 5min, I took a gamble on this non OEM carb. It took maybe 15 min to install and generator started on the first pull. It eliminated the stupid electricchoke as well.I had to use it during a recent power outage and hooked up to my xfer panel it didn’t even so much as cough for hours. It runs like a sewing machine.
