Ilex 15 - Seven Forests - 100 Tablets, 700 Mg.

A friend of mine recommended Ilex 15. I was very skeptical of this product, but since I frequently get sore throats which progress into bad colds, I tried it.Have to say that I'm so impressed. Took 2 tablets a few times a day after the sore throat symptoms started and it was gone in 1.5 days!

This is the first winter in years that I haven’t been home sick with a cold. I am a believer. When symptoms hit, I take 4-5 twice a day for 2-3 days. These were recommended to me by an acupuncturist.

The product was over-priced for the quantity. I made a mistake thinking that it was the same size bottle I buy locally, and realized only when I received it that it was less than half of what I usually get for a comparable price. I'll buy local instead in the future.
