This little beauty constitutes my first experience with Windows 11. It took less than a day to sort out what needed to be done to make of this is an effectual tool on a par equal to my older "sausage machines." My only gripe has nothing to do with this laptop at all but rather with content I do not need (like the MSN propaganda machine): that is easy to fix, too.No drama, just chop the baloney you do not need and life will be good. A great bargain at double the money.

set up windows and right off the bat windows defender picks up thousands of severe threats, I installed malwarebytes ran over 10 scans detected and cleaned the malware and viruses only for them to come back minutes later, I tried factory resetting it but it encountered an error, then I ran command prompt in administrator and tried to detect the main drive (it couldn't find it) the battery was at 83% and went to 2% instantly for no reason

These are 2019 business models and I have been using these machines at work for over 4 years (IT professional). Nothing flashy just a robust easy to use laptop for around the $200 mark.Pro and Con time.Pros: Runs an Intel i5 8th gen processor that is more than enough for what I need at home. Upgradeable. I added more memory when I got it, I went from 16GB to 32GB and the 500GB SSD is fast (less than a minute for boot up time).Cons: The cooling fan and battery are know to go bad but are easy to replace and cheap and the age is starting to creep up.Summary:Overall a great machine for the money and my usage. Parts are cheap and not hard to replace. A must buy for a 2nd computer for travel or around the house. It's not that expensive so if it's lost or broke you're not out a lot of money.

It's a great little speedy laptop, much better than my old HP. This one has a SSD, a good processor and fast RAM. Can't wait to actually use one. I had to return it because of the fan making loud winding noises. It's true what these reviews say; Bad fan & battery. I could live without a perfect battery but the fan was worrisome. Couldn't have it stopping and burning up the computer. I'll see how it goes when I exchange this for another one.

The laptop arrived on time and although I’ve only used it for a few days it works as expected for a business laptop.There are no visible marks to defects and it powered right up. Battery seems to be in new condition.I did reset windows 10 but that is just what I do with any used or renewed tech. Just security conscious and no dig on the retailer.
