Collagen is present within the skin and makes up most of the connective tissues, I have tried many collagen supplements over the years to help my ageing skin and was glad to have come across this one.This product helps to provide structure to your skin and strengthen your bones. Furthermore, it can also help with joint pain and increase hair and nail health.It contains a lot of powerful ingredients such as Hyaluronic Acid, Vitamin C and Collagen Hydrolysate. The Hyaluronic acid is naturally produced by the body and helps retaining water and keeping tissues lubricated and moist. Collagen is a very important part of the body forming connective tissue, joints, bones, and cartilage. Lastly Vitamin C helps collagen production and supports the immune system.Only 1 capsule twice a day is needed to be taken to benefit from this supplement. 180 capsules are provided so this works out to be about a 3-month supply. They are medium in size and do not seem to leave any noticeable aftertaste.I really like the packaging of this supplement. It is quite basic but looks really nice with the black bottle and white and cyan coloured writing really stands out. Since I started taking this supplement about 2 weeks ago my skin feels much softer and is glowing, but I think it is a bit too early to notice the full benefits.All in all, this is a great quality and value for money.

This is a super combination for supporting the skin and connective tissue. Nearly 500mg of collagen, with a small amount of vitamin C and hyaluronic acid - all of which work together really well. I certainly have seen and felt the difference. And, best of all, it comes in the form of a relatively small, round tablet that is really easy to swallow with water. Brilliant!

Easy to swallow capsules. They're really having a noticeable effect on my joints, my skin, hair and nails, and my overall sense of wellbeing. When considering the additional nutrients and the price per capsule, I'd still recommend them as they're a worthwhile investment in yourself.

I have taken these sporadically cos I forget. Especially at meal time as need to take with food for some reason. I have a subscription set up 3 monthly so will try to stick with the regime for now. Jury's still out on this one!

I've been using these supplements for around 3 weeks now and I'm incredibly pleased with the results. I got these for free as a Vine Voice, Amazon ask customers like me to be part of their programme and in exchange for free products of our choice we give them honest and unbiased reviews.I use gel nail polish regularly, in fact I sometimes change it every week, and as anyone who uses gel polish will know...it wreaks HAVOC on natural nails! Causing painful snapping, thinning and slow growth if you're not careful. So I think it's incredibly important to use a good strong hair and nail supplement to help keep them healthy. So far my nails are feeling stronger, growing thicker and snapping much less. I have not changed how I do my nails or anything at all with my nail routine, so I assume this is down to the extra vitamins.Hair is also feeling stronger and falling out less. Though I haven't noticed any difference in my skin, but this wasn't an issue anyway.Supply wise you get 90 days (2 tablets a day) which I think is very good value for money and definitely something I would be happy doing regularly, some supplements can be double the price and half the amount inside, so I'm very happy with the amount and price for it.Tablets are only small so very easy to swallow, make sure that you use a full glass of water to ensure full absorption of the tablet. They don't taste of anything and don't have a habit of melting quick on your tongue, which is definitely a positive because no one likes chalky tablets dissolving in their mouth as they try swallow them!The "pain relief" element I can not comment on. I suffer from endometriosis and fibromyalgia and have noticed NO REDUCTION AT ALL IN PAIN. But I didn't get these supplements to help me with that, I got them as a way to help my nails and hair. But I don't see how they could possibly help with pain, it's just collagen and Vit C so not vitamins that are known for pain relief qualities. In my view if you're buying these for pain relief you'll be disappointed, but if you're buying them to help your hair and nails you should be pleased.Over all I'm satisfied, I think I'll be buying them regularly and have already recommended them to my mum as a good hair and nail supplement.

My nails definitely feel stronger, not sure about my skin but it seems a little more radiant.I don't like the bottle all black colour though, gives it a nasty vibe in my opinion. But hey the plastic cap is air tight at least and the bottle comes sealed with a foil on the top, which is nice as you know nobody tempered with it.Also, price to quality ratio isn't bad at £14.99. 180 pills 2x per day ends up to last for 3 months, which is great.
