I wanted to winterize a cathouse so that the cats would have a place to get out of the wind or to run to for safety when they were outside. This 1/16 inch 4 x 8 Poly sheeting is PERFECT. Easy to cut, easy to work with and crystal clear. The wrap has measurements that make the cut simple with just straight tin snips. A completely simple project well-managed with a good product.

Used this for windows on a greenhouse I'm building. The material arrived in perfect condition and the dimensions were exact. Very easy to work with, just be sure to wear gloves. For large rip cuts reccomend using a jigsaw. Material cuts well with very clean edges and no chipping. GOOD option for the price.

This 4ft x 8ft 1/16" polycarbonate sheet arrived rolled up in a large box with instructions to open and lay it flat ASAP upon receipt. Once I did this, it unrolled and laid perfectly flat on the floor. There is a clear protective film on one side and a white lined film on the other, both of which are easy to peel off, but it's best to leave them in place when cutting your pieces to size.My application is a bit unusual. We have textured wallpaper applied to several window sills that bake in the sun (So. Cal) causing eventual damage to the wallpaper. Tired of re-papering every 4-6 years, I plan to apply the polycarbonate over the paper to extend its life.Cutting polycarbonate is slightly challenging, but smaller pieces this thickness (1/16") can be scored several times with a sharp heavy-duty utility blade and then snapped for a clean cut. Leave the protective film in place while scoring and change the blade frequently.

Great Product

This product was easy to work with. I was able to cut multiple pieces out of this sheet to cover a countertop and desktop without any problem. One top I had to cut a radius in using a jigsaw and product cut nicely without cracking or fracturing.

I used this in a cabinet I made my son to display his collection of basketball shoes. He wanted a glass door but I could not find a local box store that sold the length that we needed. I ordered this and received it on the day indicated. It came in a four foot box and had directions to take the polycarbonate sheet out and lay flat upon arrival. It is very easy to cut w/ different tools, I tried a box cutter, jig saw, but ultimately used by band saw w/ a fine blade. It turned out really nice and the sheerness and clarity of this polycarbonate is exceptional. It comes in different thicknesses and that is a plus.My only problem is that it is very expensive.

I purchased a couple of 4x8 sheets for a project I wanted to do. I was making my own custom window well covers. Polycarbonate is polycarbonate. No matter what brand you choose, the recipe is the same for manufacturing the product with only small variations. It's the little things that make all the difference. I purchased this particular product because of the layout graphing of one inch squares on the protective sheets. It makes it so easy to lay out your design. Polycarbonate is so flexible and won't crack like plexiglass or acrylic. It's way more weather and UV resistant. This product is worthy of it's 5 star rating.

I cut the piece for a large window. Installed it, but the appearance is wavy. Trying to figure out what went wrong and if it can be fixed. Any help would be appreciated.
