Works but takes time
Suffered from impacted ear wax and few years ago and had to have it professionally removed. Not exactly a painless experience.A month ago, it returned. Deaf as a post with inflamed ear canal ans sharp pains from the ear drum.Tried a well known brand and it appeared to have no impact. So, tried this brand. After a week, the inflammation had gone as had the pressure on the eardrum. I could start to feel a sloshing so knew it was starting to work. In total, it took about 3 weeks of constant use and it was a very gradual process before I could hear in stereo again. So, stick at it. It does take time.Saw one feedback complaint where it said it actually made them loose hearing. This did happen to me as well as suddenly I could hear but back to dullness after the next dose. Just the wax moving around. So easy to use as well.

Helped me hear but unsure if it got rid of the earwax from my ear canal.
A few applications helped me hear but I am unsure if it has got rid of the wax from my ear canals. The drops are easy to apply and are well tolerated.

Easy to apply - not sure if it works yet
Hasn't done a lot for my blocked ears so far. I've been using it for a couple of weeks - will keep going for a bit longer.

Conflicting Ingredients Information
I find it alarming if a medical product has conflicting information about its ingredients. It's advertised as 'medical grade olive oil' in the product description, and on the bottle it says 'mineral oil'. I notice that quite a few reviewers got confused about the ingredients too, although apparently nobody has picked up on the blatant conflict of information. I think this is a case of product misdescription and false ingredient declaration - I wonder if it's even legal to sell this?!I was looking for an alternative to cleaning my ears with cotton buds. I've used this for five and I noticed no particular effect. It was like dripping a couple of drops of olive oil into the ear. But then, that's what it basically is - olive oil with a bit of spearmint added. Unless it's mineral oil with a bit of spearmint added. Or maybe it's something else altogether, since I can't trust the ingredients list.It looks and smells like olive oil to me. No noticeable scent of spearmint, which is normally a very powerful smell and can be detected even in minute quantities., Its absence makes me question the supposed ingredients even more. It would be worth subjecting this product to a laboratory test.A couple of reviewers commented that their ears felt clean after use. I can't say I notice anything at all. My ears are just as they always are. It's rather expensive 'olive oil', too. At 3-5 squirts per ear daily, this isn't going to last long. I think mine is about finished. On the plus side, the design of the dispenser is good. It works well for squirting the oil (whatever it is) in to the ear canal. I would have liked to re-use the bottle afterwards by filling it with olive oil (at least then I'd know what I'm putting into my ears). But alas, it's designed so it can't be re-used and has to be thrown away. So, at best this is a bit of over-priced olive oil. At worst, it's a an illegal product and dangerous deception. All considered, I think I'll stick to olive oil.

Effective Treatment & Benign
I found just 1 pump into the affected ear was sufficient. A napkin handy if you use 2 pumps is desirable.
