Turkish Heavy Duty Drill Stand 400 millimeters with Heavy Cast Iron Base (15 L x 15 W x 40 H), Pastel Green, Yellow

The vendor had done a excellent job in packing the item for safe transit. The item's original box was sealed and all items were in it.This electric drill stand is of very good quality and quite sturdy and very useful for home and hobby applications.The base plate is of cast iron and quite heavy and provide good stability, however it would be better to fix it on to the work bench for safety.The provision to change the angle of the slide head is very good and useful in many ways.I have mounted my 1997 SKIL 10mm Electric Hammer Dill with 43mm neck. I used one of thin flat shim provided in the box to hold the drill properly and am quite happy with this electric drill stand.However a few things could be improved:1) The depth guage and stopper is made of plastic and not likely to last long.2) The fixing of the handle to the spindle is not designed properly. It often gets loosened. Increasing the threaded length and providing a lock nut would help. I have used some Teflon tape to prevent the loosening.3) When you want to change the angle of the slide head the vertical column pipe comes in the way of the handle. You need to manipulate a little.4) All bolts have Allen heads, and that too of 4 different sizes and hence a little cumbersome (however 4 Allen keys are provided with the stand).5) There is no brand marking / MRP / Country of origin / Date of manufacture mentioned anywhere on the product or the product box.

This drill stand helps to position a general hand drill vertically in a precise position (along with a drill vice). Found it very helpful.The built quality is good and heavy. We can mount corded variable speed drills with standard necks (eg: 43mm). It won’t work with battery powered drills due to the absence of a collar space to attach.Overall it is a good product, but I have to point out a few design flaws. These are not major issues, but fixing these on future revisions would help to improve the product significantly. It looks like an inexperienced person has designed this!1) It uses 4 different Allen keys for assembly and operation, while other similar products use just one.2) It is difficult to insert a nut/bolt for vice mounting as there is very little clearance and a the stands own mounting hole is right below the slot ( see picture). This mounting hole is also too close to the body leaving no space to put even a washer.I didn’t see any of these problems in other drill stands.As I mentioned, the product is still very useful, so no issues in recommending it.

This product make working easy& earlier

The stand doesn't have a strong grip. the drill comes out from the hole when the drill bit touches the subject's surface. Casualty may happen during drilling.

I am not surprised if I found it broken someone must have broken it and returned it.I got it today and after setting it up which was quick and easy and all parts were precisely machined.

Everything is good!Two flaws:1. The mouth is a bit small!2. It is heavy based but not quite heavy enough to keep it stable! Rubber pads should have been included at the both because at higher rpm, it starts to travel😅

It's weight, built quality, accuracy, size, colour overall satisfactory. Fixing drill machine in different angle w.r.to horizontal axis make it more versatile use. Nothing is noted adverse so and happy with this product. 😀
