This is a simple and easy back Stretcher bought it for my grand parents and the LOVE it for its functionality .But as it's made of some kind of plastic it's too hard u can put a TOWEL over it to prevent it from pressing against your back. OVERALL THIS IS A GOOD CHOICE to get some relief from your back pain. It's so easy to adjust that my grany herself can adjust the height of the support ,and after use dosent take much place.This is not a costly product but a good functionality one ,You can gift this to your people in need and they will love it .

Need to improve plastic tuffness. Iam 53kg. But after using it for 5-6 days started bending in level 1.

Very useful for normal pain but who has medical issue in back bone or spinal, may be they can't use or suggest to doctor.

This product is recommended who have very bad back pain and want to get relief in less time. It has 3 modes from basic to moderate you can adjust. I used it and this keep my back pain and tiredness away. Superb and amazing product and easy to use.

I did not find any ergonomic. It blatantly looked like a bend plastic piece of low quality. I am using since 15 days, did not get anything out of it…

Had to return it. Quality is not good
