Improper detail of Chandelier
Ordered Chandelier delivered on time but it is more than 10-days but I could not get it installed.The reason is very simple.Complete Installation process is not given in video. So we can partially install the unit but after that stuck up.By appearance it look rectangular Chandelier whereras it is squre Chandelier, check dimension of Chandelier very carefully while buying.No instruction manual, no video link, no service support detail mentioned from where buyer can contact & get the installation done.Infact doesn't know whether LED Strip of Chandelier accept AC Supply or only DC Supply.Most importance challenge is that no info mentioned how to mount/hand on the roof, as neither any video nor any user manual provided.Now I'm calling an Electrician to get this Chandelier installation & commissioning done. So once installation done then will be able to share detail about its performance...
