These really work for hot flushes
I have been suffering peri symptoms for a few years, getting worse this past year. Hot flushes are awful and I felt dizzy and my hair fell out, the vacuum was full of hair every time. Being vegan I had to find the right substitute and tried this, at first there was no change but after about 3 weeks I felt so much better. It took about a month to make me feel completely better and my hair started growing back. I ran out of these and forgot to re-order and within 10 days my hot flushes crept back. I quickly bought more and the flushes are almost gone now, they are on subscribe and save now! If you try them please give it time, they take at least 2 weeks to start working fully but you will feel better.

The tablets came the next day and I've only just started them so I've only taken them for two days . I'm hoping they lesson the symptoms I've been experiencing and do their job for me. I like the fact they are not too big and have no nasty taste to them. And I think the price is very reasonable compared to the price in the local chemist for a similar product .
