I don't write a ton of reviews. Only when something is exceptionally good or exceptionally bad. This ladder is exceptionally good! I bought it to use with my campervan. It is so light and compact, yet not cheaply made. It is solid. The extension is so easy as well as retraction. I expected it would be cheaply made for the price and would just get the job done. Far better than that. Quality is high.

Absolutely fabulous ladder. Takes up less than 4 ft of space extends up to 20 ft it does get a little wobbly towards the top but it supported my 260 lb with no problem

This ladder bends in the middle like it's in a hurricane. That crap video of some guy standing on it is when it isn't extended out to the length of the ladder. Only use it if you aren't sure you want to make it up and back down safely. DO NOT BUY IT. If you try to return it, you have to pay shipping because, even though it was bought on amazon, amazon won't return it.

To heavy for some average sz men or women to carry or extend. Also seller doesn't pay for return shipping so I don't understand why it's advertised as if they do. The shipping label that they send isn't usable.
