Good spray
A good nasal spray that ranks high on the app yucca! Simple ingredients without anything that could potentially have side effects

Works great!
This nasal spray works well for my allergies and also for a dry nose. It doesn’t sting or burn like some nasal sprays, but is very soothing.

Like product but poor bottle design
I really like the moisture from the product but the distance from where you place you forefingers over the ‘lever’ to push down so it will spray while holding the bottle is too far from bottle for me. I have average hands-not small. Any child could not do this or a petite or elderly person with weaker hands. I have to use two hands. But given it’s a very good product I’m putting up with it for now.

Probably no better than saline, and at a much higher price
I suffer from chronic nosebleeds due nasal drying from uneven airflow with a very deviated nasal septum. I've had good results on my skin with hyaluronic acid serums and moisturizers, so it seemed natural to try this for my dry nose.Hyaluronic acid is one of the latest "it" ingredients, and after buying this and looking up the manufacturer it is abundantly clear that they have a product line designed to milk this popularity for all it's worth.I must say that while it is effective as a moisturizer, the effect is short lived and plain saline works just as well and for as long. Just for fun I sprayed some on the back on one hand, and applied some true hyaluronic acid serum on the other. The Hylamist side showed no moisturization whatsoever once it had evaporated, and I could find no trace of its presence on the skin afterwards. The serum left the other hand moist and silky smooth. Try it yourself.Thinking this might be a function of how much HA the manufacturer felt safe to spray into the nose, I used the Q&A function on their website to ask what the concentration of HA actually was. Unfortunately after a week I haven't heard from them. The cosmetics/derm folks will tell us that high molecular weight HA will sit on top of the skin and absorb moisture from wherever (the 1000x claims are totally specious and do not apply to externally applied products). To work properly it most be followed with another protective layer (or be coformulated with other ingredients that trap moisture). Hylamist has none of this, apart from grapefruit seed extract which, despite the claims, is probably there only as a chemical-free preservative. So for $9 some odd dollars I have an expensive container of saline with a pretty decent spray mechanism which I will certainly continue to use as such. But I am under no delusions that it is anything more.

Great especially for winter dryness
Excellent HA product. I spray my whole face with it and it works better than any moisturizer and is a great healing agent.
