Q: Does this battery phone case simultaneously charges both the phone and the case at the same time or does it charge the case first then the phone?

Plugged-in: Charge the phone and battery case simultaneously while plugged in. The charging will be stopped after fully charged. Use the original charger and cable that come with the phone to charge the battery case as generic or non-original chargers and cables usually cause the battery case to malfunction. Installation: The phone is charged once it’s installed into the battery case. The charging will be stopped after fully charged. The battery case won’t automatically charge the phone when the phone battery runs low. Press the power button once to start charging. Press the power button twice to stop charging.

Q: I attached to my phone and charger. The phone charges from the case battery, but it is very slow even using the original charger. Is this as expected?

I had no issues with the charging speed when I used the case and charger. It would charge the phone 1st and then the case. I would usually charge at night when not using the phone as I could see that slowing down the process.

Q: How hot do the case and phone get?

It doesnt get hot , i am using it since a few months and it never felt hot
