Heel cups are great. Insoles may be short for size
These fit great and after over 2 months free from foot pain and very little visible wear from the product. I will recommend and buy these again. There are very few companies that offer varying levels of arch and the medium fits my feet great. Way better than the half dozen I tried prior. Only complaint I have is the included insoles do not fill up the shoe. They are big enough to cover your foot profile due to the arch angle but I have to adjust them every few days so my toes do not hang off the end. Not a deal breaker for all the 8+ hr days I am on my feet and have had no pain since I started using these.

It loses its shape within 3 weeks. Wasted my money.
I bought these thinking they would at the very least maintain their shape after all the hype. I’m 6 foot and weigh 90kg. Save your money and just go for the carbon fibre version…. Because this was an absolute waste of money. 3 weeks only! What a joke.
