Perfect replacement
No fuss replacement. Old hose started to leak when grill is OFF but tank valve open. Urge all home owners to check theirs with soap bubbles solution, sniff test or leak detector. Potential fire or explosion hazard if hose leaks. This hose is perfect fit for Weber Baby Q grills.

The original had a plastic gasket that didn’t last 2 years. New one was made better and looks to last much longer.

Who knew I'd need to replace a hose due to raccoons? Works as designed.

First impressions were good. The material and fittings seem high quality. But the plastic and brass attachment to a standard 20lb propane bottle would not make a good enough seal to prevent propane gas from leaking out. Too dangerous to even try the grill with this hose in place.Update, I tried another brand of this same adapter and it also did not work. The problem was my propane tank, not this product.

Hose end to brass fitting connection leaks
Had it for less than a year. The seal where the stainless steel hose end meets the brass part that goes into the tank head leaks. If it has pressure to the side it wont leak but if you bump it or any hose flex happens, it leaks out. Very poor construction, this is the second one in a row this has happened.
