Comprehensive book for revision

I did not like this manual for many reasons - It just tries to insert some facts without good organization. The print is very small and if you look at a page you will not feel like reading this. I do not know why the authors do not have a small chapter on physiological changes in pregnancy.Finally, I received a book that is a Pharma company sample [not for sale]. This is very deplorable.I am not even allowed to return !Please please avoid this book and this seller
