Best cookbook ever!
We have taken our kids sugar free and this book has been a life saver. It's allowed us new recipes to try that goes from breakfast to dessert!Things I love:-every recipe has a picture-every recipe is easy to follow and easy to do-not a ton of random weird ingredients, she uses the same sweetener through the entire book except desserts which usually calls for allulose-there's a picture index in the back!! I love that!-kid friendly-recipes is great for beginner no sugar-first 70+ pages are educational. Talks about sugar and the effects on the body-many recipes are designed for adjusting for egg free, almond flour free, dairy free.I'm surprised some people gave it a bad review for weird ingredients when it clearly says is for Sugar Free. It uses ingredients like:Almond flourCoconut flourErythritolAlluloseButterCoconut oilAnd if you're Keto or sugar free you likely have these anyway.

Every Parent Needs This Book!
This is a book filled with important information, exciting and delicious recipes for kids and the whole family, and advice to navigate and make good food choices that will keep families healthy. You will learn so much about how to properly feed a growing child with the nutrients to keep them healthy, and well as cooking and shopping tips, and pages of recipes that everyone in the family will enjoy. The Emmerichs don't just talk the talk, they walk the walk and are raising two growing boys and staying true to feeding them real food that will nurture and grow healthy children. They share their knowledge and tips and tried and true recipes to keep everyone healthy and happy. This is a nutrition bible for growing a child the right way and starting them out making good food choices. I wish I had this information when my boys were young, but I will surely use this book and recipes to help my granddaughter eat healthily. So happy to add this book to my collection of Maria Emmerich books. They never disappoint!

Awesome resource!
The media could not be loaded. Takes the hard part of cooking healthy food for kids. Easy to follow and simple recipes! Excited to make all of these at some point.

Most Excellent!!
I've been waiting to receive this book, since it was first mentioned!! I've had it on pre order for months. I am not disappointed!!! So many wonderful and easy to make dishes!! I can't wait to make some of the holiday foods as well! My great grand is 3 and crazy for Halloween. She's going toove the finger breadsticks! Her mother will love the spider, pumpkin and owl deviled eggs!So many gorgeous pictures and easy to follow instructions! Maria's recipes just keep getting better! I can't wait to make the chicken noodle soup!! What a wonderful idea to use thinly sliced deli chicken for the noodles!! Omg. Genius!!Also, I've been wanting lasagna, but the thought of zucchini noodles turned me off completely!! Use thinly sliced chicken deli breasts!! I am so excited for these recipes!!I watch my great granddaughter all week from breakfast until dinner, and she is so picky. I know these recipes will help a lot. She loves chicken nuggies the most, and there is a recipe in here I want to try.Also, gonna make some gummy bears! She'll never know it's not candy!Thank you so much, Maria!!

Fantastic
This cookbook is amazing! Our daughter is really sensitive to sugar—it impacts her attitude and ability to focus almost immediately. We also try hard to avoid processed food and industrial seed oils that are in just about everything these days. This can make food and eating feel not very fun at times. Maria fixes all that! She gives us wholesome, sugar-free, non-processed answers to common comfort foods and makes it fun, too. So so thankful to have this resource.For folks just starting out down this path, I know it might feel overwhelming to make more of the little things you're used to buying (like marshmallows and graham crackers), but I've found a lot of success fitting them in by making them on breaks (I work at home) or bulk making a few things on the weekend and freezing. It has been less challenging than I thought and I've actually enjoyed it! Gives me peace of mind knowing my little one is eating less toxic food, too.
