Poor Quality
Although fully boxed, this product was almost 3 years old(1/4/21).It’s not thick in texture as my previous orders from others. And it’s not full. A small amount or a little over 1/2 full. It just feels like the contents of this product could have broken down possibly from heat or sun exposure and age. So no I’m not happy with the product. My fairness in judging this product is only because I’ve purchased the 1oz. from Sams club and I know what the texture and product is like. I’ve also bought the product at Sam’s club and thru EBay.

Feels like a scam
I agree with the other negative reviews. I have purchased this product before and this is clearly different. The smell and texture are off. Also, the text and colors on the jar are different than the legit one that I compared it to. The jar says that it's made in the USA while the box it came in says it's made in the UK. I don't even think what is in the jar is La Mer. I am extremely unhappy that I can't return it.

Sticky product
Very thick cream that goes on sticky and leaves your face feeling sticky for over 12hours before your skin feels soft. Seems way overpriced for what it is. Comes in a very heavy but tiny ceramic jar.
