The main feature of the product failed
The media could not be loaded. The product feature of suction lock does not work, both the locks automatically start unlocking releasing the suction. This is the replacement piece I am recording. The earlier piece also had the same issue but I thought it was defective hence I requested for a refund now since it is a manufacturing defect and all pieces are defective

Loses it suction after some time.
Loses its suction after some time and then falls to the floor. Then the plastic chips off in the fall. And then the suction does not hold.
