Very sharp with handles made of iron wood, I love the quality and detail in these knives from France.

Found out about this through Wine Spectator magazine. Love the colors. These are super sharp and can cut straight through veggies, fruits, etc. without hesitation or having to struggle cutting through. These are also super light as well which also make cutting not a problem. The cost is truly worth what you get

Beautiful and Functional.I purchased these for my wife to have as a very nice and colorful knife set. Our kitchen is not particularly well suited to using ceramic knives as we really lack for storage space, and they are fairly fragile.These are very nice small use knives and she has enjoyed them so far.

The knives were terrific, sharp and functional.The peeler did not seem as sharp as one I previously own from same brand
