this stuff is so cool! I got it to tidy up my thread spools, and it works SO well for that. But honestly it would work well for binding pretty much anything. It only sticks to itself, like cling wrap but better. Its continually reusable and I have yet to finish off a roll. I have plans to get a couple rolls for my mom to help her tidy up her massive sewing collection.

it's strong, depending on what you need it for. Didn't work for my project - was trying to get a metal frame to stick to the ceiling. In spite of cleaning everything first & pressing it more than the required time, it fell away from the ceiling. I suppose it would work okay on flat surfaces

What a swell way to tidy up loose threads without stickiness! I use it on my rolls of washi tape and pet tape too! Kitchen counter electrical cords, etc......Buy the wider width for a good hold! And the strips are reusable!
