All you need to do an at home gel manicure. I bought some build a gel to go with this and it's brilliant. Just as good as a paid for manicure but I can update my nails as soon as they've grown out. This kit has already paid for itself. Photo shows manicure with additional purchased build a gel for the base.

The media could not be loaded. My natural nails before and video of my nails when finished, this kit is amazing!!! These took me 5 hours from start to finish but I'm in love with how they turned out! The kit comes with everything needed, the colours are stunning no issue with any of the products glad it came with instruction manual for applying, wish you would've included a remover solution. Or add one to your shop struggling to find one that will deliver to Highlands & islands 🤦🏼‍♀️and don't really want to use a different brand of remover incase it causes a reaction 😐 but I'm glad I chose beetles. Wouldn't suggest buying this for kids or people who love to peel the polish on their nails, quite a few people who have bought from this brand have admitted to over using and continually painting nails daily causing a reaction to the product and then leaving bad reviews on social media 🤦🏼‍♀️ these products have to be used responsibly, excessively using any products will cause a reaction to the skin. As a person with contact dermatitis I will say I haven't had any flare ups since using or having these products on or near my skin (I'm yet to use on my natural nail) ❤️

Those that are saying they’ve experience chipping or lifting soon after application are likely not prepping their nails correctly or being careful!Definitely ensure cuticles are pushed back and trimmed then clean and buff the whole nail plate first - there should be no moisture!Be careful not to get any product on the skin / cuticle to avoid lifting.When applying any layer of the gel product, cap the end of each nail horizontally and then go over again vertically to smooth it out. This will prevent chipping!I am extremely happy with this kit and can’t quite believe the amazing value for money! Some gorgeous colours and very easy to apply when you get the hang of it. I’m excited to buy more colours when the season changes!

Great value for money, the gels all seem a good quality. The lamp does give off a little heat which I'm not sure if it should do. As someone with no previous experience doing my own gels, it's easy to use and the gel has stayed on very well for over a week.

The product has many items included. But the gel doesn't work. It always fall apart the next day, sometimes even the same day. No matter what I tried or add to the process. I have tried everything

This is a really good starting point if you want to do gel nails yourself; there’s a variety of colours and everything you need is in the kit. The only things I would recommend is to invest in a nail dehydrator and primer to improve the retention of the nail polish, as I found that otherwise it tends to chip and peel quite quickly.

It’s an amazing set! I love it and it’s beginner friendly!! The only thing is, I have had it for 2 days now, and one of the polishes has gone thick and clumpy, I’m not sure if it’s because of heat but it’s not even hot where I live maximum 22 degrees, so I’m not happy about that but everything else is perfect!!

I purchased the kit which included 12 (small) polishes, base and top coats (matte and shiny), a lamp and LOADS of little extras such as files and pretty jewels. Basically everything i needed as someone who had never used gel polish before. I don't love love all the colours, but some of them are pretty and for the price i can't grumble and i love the finish, they're sooooo shiny. I'd read some reviews that the polish can sometimes be thick and I've noticed when its colder it is, so i put the bottles in my pocket for 5 mins and then they seemed a perfect consistency. The only thing the kit doesn't come with is something to remove them with. No chips or signs of wear on them at all 2 weeks after application and i followed the instructions to cure for 60s with their lamp for each coat. I did my daughters in matte lilac which she loved. They came off quite well too on her, although with mine it took a long time to take the first set off. I'm really looking forward to buying more beetles gel colour sets and getting a bit more creative. This set was worth the money.
