Me gustaron bastante estas polainas ya que permite jugar mucho con el peso ya que puede ajustarse cada 200 gramos y eso permite usar en brazos y tobillos. Personalmente las uso para rehabilitación. Recomendadas.

Adjustable Weights that can fit on ankles and wrists
I am rehabbing post a total knee, these weights help me strengthen leg muscles that atrophied as a result of non use pre-surgery, and now that I am walking again and rehabbing. They have nice pockets with a velcro closure for putting the weight bars in, thus making it possible to adjust the weight as you need. They are comfortable to wear, do not rub or chafe. I will admit the velcro straps are a bit of a challenge to adjust around the ankle, but then I am a bit fat. They are a nice cobalt blue color too.

Versátiles
Tienen una semana, pero espero que me duren mucho más que otras marcas, ya que me permiten ir aumentando poco a poco el peso. A veces de me entierra una barrita en el tobillo, pero en el otro no, pero en general me quedan más firmes que otras que he tenido y ni me duran. Muy contenta con ellas.
