At the end of 30 days I notified the vendor that this product stopped working completely. That was nearly 30 days ago and I still have not heard from them. They don’t stand behind their defective product nor do they respond when there is a problem with their products. I want to select no stars but the system forces you to select at least 1 star.

I use this machine 2-3 times a week on my face and on my thighs for my cellulite. I see a dramatic difference. Worth it

Wow, I cannot even begin to say how disappointing this product is. I was so excited. Bought a RF gel, sat on the couch and was ready for this! It worked for a whopping 3.5 minutes, and then the heat ring stopped working. I plugged it into another outlet, pulled and plugged the cable bag in the device, gave it another 10 minutes to heat up with no luck. Stop selling this product. It is such a waste. And the price is ridiculous!

Plugged it in and set it for 5 min on level 3 and nothing happened, will not get warm, just lights up and fan motor runs but nothing else.Joe

I liked it when the product worked. It no longer heats. After a short time of being used. I purchased it to help tighten my skin.

When I push the time button the minutes display stays set on zero, and when I push the level button none of the level lights light up. It’s apparently broken and therefore is a return.
