This inverter runs my 12,000-btu unit air conditioner without any problems!
The media could not be loaded. If you want a 3000 Watt pure sine wave inverter that is built really nice, then this is it! First off I like how the inverter is mounted because it doesn't just mount flat against the surface it is raised up by about a 1/2 inch so air can get to the bottom of the unit and help keep it running cooler! Plus it has 2 internal cooling fans and they are strong and they turn fast. So with that being said this inverter gets warm but has never gotten hot in my months of use. The 2 sets of 5 AWG copper cables that come with this inverter are good quality as well and are actually copper instead of copper clad aluminum like you'll get with other Inverters. But if you are going to run this inverter at above 2000 watts i would upgrade the cables to a 1/0 knuconceptz cable! The customer service is great, just email them and they will always message you back. The inverter has all the safety features in place to protect your devices from damage. The over voltage protection, over temperature protection and overload protection are all great features to have. Plus this inverter is backed by a 1 yr warranty. Hopefully this review helps you out!

Good inverter
For our RV, I really need 2000 watts for microwave and cooking appliances and figured more power would ensure everything works well. Not only does it run my microwave and cooking appliances, I have also vacuumed, ran a drill, use it to keep our phones charged and it also powers a cellphone booster and weather station. I wired into the microwave circuit with an automatic transfer switch and also use the front outlets. I am very happy with this inverter.Update, I purchased this inverter 6 years ago and have been using it 24/7 for 5 years. It powers most circuits in our RV when the generator is off. It cannot start the air compressor even though our 3000 watt inverter generator starts it but otherwise this 3000 inverter runs great. The wife runs the 1500 watt air frier regularly while I run a laptop and TV.

Very Good quality inverter.
Product came mislabeled. States 24v when I ordered 12v inverter. After checking the plug it became clear it was 12 volt D.C. 120v AC inverter. After 2 weeks of use I am pleased at the performance. Digital readout is D.C. and AC output helpful. Using it to run my well water pump. I was worried inverter could not handle startup surge power. But to my surprise inverter handle it well even at low D.C. Voltage of 11.5. Manual could be more detailed.Update: After 8 months of use I am very pleased with the quality. Performs very well and even after a bad storm where the inverter got very wet, it worked. I was shocked.

2000 watt Inverter 48v to 110-120: ok
Update 3: I've been running this 2000 watt Inverter for a month to power electric heaters: i just plugged in a 500 watt air conditioner; this inverter would not start the AC unit. AC are high inductive loads due to the motor. Inverter manufacturers say you need an inverter to be 4 to six times the Wattage of a high inductive load.if you need to run a big motor get a low- frequency ( or a hybrid) inverter... they cost a LOT more.Update: 2 week update:An Outlet Tester ($5-$20) showed a ground fault error on this inverter...using a multimeter showed 40-50v AC from hot to ground, & from neutral (negitive) to ground. this is not unusual for inexpensive inverters. ( see Youtube hobo tech etc)my Jupiter 12v inverter does Not show a ground fault, but does show phantom voltage from Pos-grnd, Neg-grnd of 5volts.i have this 2000 watt, 48 volt to 110-120v inverter up a couple of weeks now and I've run a 500 watt dehumidifier about 8-10 hours/day.So far so good.i haven't hooked up a big inductive load, like an air conditioner or refrigerator, that will really test it; but i plan to.update 1:running for a week now: 8 hrs a day wirh a light 100-400watt loadpackage came with 2 lite cables & 2 fuses: the manual says the fusses are replacement fuses for inside the inverter...the cables are for battery-to-inverter connection, but they seem too light to me (like 6 or 8 awg gauge): I'm using AWG 2 Guage on this 48v sys and on my 12v system i use AWG 2/0 (2 ought rated over 100amps)the case is designed to act as a heat sink, so it can get hot under high loads ... i haven't tested that yet: but there is a "do not touch" warning sign on the case .the manual says not to run thisinverter at full power for extended periods: they recommend 70% power for long duration.the manual points out that high inductive loads like air conditioners or refrigerator need an inverter with a rating of at least four (4) to 10 times the watts of a hi- inductive device load.there are inverters (low-frequency) designed for high-inductive loads: they use a big honking iron-core transformer to store energy and they cost a lot more .

Does not perform to spec, no replacement
I purchased this 3000w inverter to replace a 1500w inverter in my remote workshop. The 1500w inverter powered by two 35ah batteries in parallel would run a skill saw and other small tools, but not my larger tools. I installed the 3000w inverter with two new 100ah batteries in parallel and the inverter will not even run the skill saw. The inverter trips as soon as I start the saw. I hooked the old 1500w inverter to the same new batteries and he saw runs perfectly. I have been trying to work with Reliable Power Inverters for 2 months and they refuse to replace the unit or refund my money. The offered a partial refund and suggested that I sell the defective one to someone else! Unreliable product and crooked people!

Dead after a few minutes.
Bought it for my camper. It was good while it lasted (a few minutes). Clean power (aka pure sine wave), NO buzzing from the breakers, microwave, no lines on TV. TV, satellite, refrigerator worked great.
