I love this product it will debloat you and keep you regular. It's not the best tasting but I add moringa powder to mine to give a sweetness. I take a scoop every morning and I feel great afterwards. Give it a try.

I use SoTru Fermented Alkalizing Greens in my kale and blueberry smoothies. It is easy to use, has a measuring scoop, and a moisture absorbing packet so it stays dry and powdery throughout use. It adds more complexity to the flavors that makes it taste delicious.

I use a scoop in my morning smoothie . The alkalizing greens has really helped my acid reflux . I don't usually like the taste of the powdery stuff, but to actually tastes pretty good. I would recommend and would buy again.

Taste is Good it has a mild flavor with just a little sweet taste to it. It is a little gritty, also after stirring let it sit about 30 seconds and stir then drink.
