A quality product
The lifepro Flexcycle is a great product. I used it as a hand cycle while recovering from a leg fracture. Once I was given the OK, I switched to pedaling like a bicycle. The machine displays cadence and does interface via Bluetooth to apps like Zwift but not Apple Fitness+. The support team did submit an enhancement request. The machine is very well made and resistance can be increased easily. I like that it came with two types of pedals, a mat, a strap, tool for switching pedals and exercise bands. I did a lot of research before purchasing the flexcycle and have been extremely happy with its performance and quality and the customer support was great!

Excellent Under-Desk Elliptical for home office workers that need some activity!
I recently purchased the FlexStride Plus under-desk elliptical for myself to use and it has been a game-changer for my daily routine so far. I am a home office based employee at my company and I spend long hours at my desk. I really needed a way to stay active without disrupting my workflow, and this little machine delivers perfectly. I was skeptical at first but I have been using it every day. What I Love:✔ Smooth & Quiet Operation – The motion is seamless, and it’s whisper-quiet, so I can use it during meetings or while working without distractions. I have a lot of Zoom and Teams calls every day and I can't do anything that will be disruptive like lifting weights or being on a treadmill.✔ Compact & Sturdy Design – It fits perfectly under my desk without taking up too much space, and it feels well-built. I like the blue color and how stable it is.✔ Adjustable Resistance – I love that I can change the resistance to vary my workout intensity. Whether I want a light activity or a bit of a challenge, it adapts to my needs.✔ Easy to Use – It took minutes to set up, and the display tracks my progress, which keeps me motivated. There is also some recommended apps that track progress which I like.✔ Great for Circulation & Movement – I feel less stiffness and fatigue at the end of the day, and it’s helped me stay more active without even thinking about it! It have noticed I am getting a little more limber in my knees, ankles and hips with daily activity.Final ThoughtsIf you have a sedentary job or just want an easy way to keep moving throughout the day, the FlexStride Plus is a fantastic investment. It’s well-made, effective, and super convenient. I Highly recommend the product for its price, ease of use, and quality. There are cheaper and more expensive products. This hits a nice middle point.

Actually does get your heart rate up, but maybe buy a non-slip mat to go under it.
Pros: It shipped fast(the second time around), it was easy to set up, it feels decently heavy, the resistance is really good, and I genuinely get my heart rate up from using it, which I wasn't expecting. I also don't have any problems with banging my legs on the under side of the desk, but I am only 5'3. I suspect if you're 5'10 or taller, you may have issues. I have it strapped (it comes with a strap) to my office chair, on wheels, the wheels do not lock and the bike still works well enough for a workout.Cons: The bike has a hard time not slipping and sliding left to right as you're pedaling. I plan on getting a non-slip mat to go under it, but I feel like if it needs one, it should have came with one in the first place. It comes with an 'exercise mat' which is very short, clearly meant to go under the bike since it's only the length of the bike and not a full length exercise mat. It does not work at all under it, slips even more on the mat than without it, it's just supposed to protect your floors. If it was non-slip, it could do both. You can't use the resistance bands and the bike at the same time, they get in the way of the pedals...so what's the point? They sent me the wrong item first and I had to return that item, then re-order the bike, and by then it had gone up in price by $30 and I'm still salty about that.Tips: I had really bad slipping and sliding left to right until I read about 'how' to use an exercise bike, basically to point your toes forward, which did help with the left to right slipping.

Superb products and customer service
This is my second Life Pro product. Both are great quality, well built, sturdy and perform well. I called Customer Service on a Saturday because I thought I was missing a couple of bolts which were needed to attach a stabilizer. I got a message that their offices were open Monday - Friday. I left a message and hoped to hear from them on Monday. I was very surprised when they called me on Sunday to help with whatever I needed. They were superb in their support, kindness and courtesy. As it turned out, I did not need anything. The bolts that I thought were missing, were in their required places. I did need to remove them to attach the piece. My point of all this is to applaud LifePro for their products and service.Super

Great buy for a good price.
Lightweight for the kind of unit it is, but it is perfect for me, especially now with rehab for knee replacement. It stores easily, no noise, easy to assemble anf though I've only had it for a few days, it feels sufficiently solid for the kind of biking I'll do. For elders and shut ins, it is a great accessory fitness tool with many options to record time, etc. The resistance knob is easy to use for adding or reducing resistance. All in all, I think it's a great buy for the money.

Great for shoulder therapy
I’m using it for shoulder therapy for a torn rotator cuff. It has an electronic display but I was disappointed that the display only shows one value at a time. It turns smoothly which I wasn’t expecting comparing it to the professional machine I use at physical therapy. I supplement my physical therapy with this machine at home. It is very well built. I gave it 4 stars because of the display.I haven’t tried pedaling for legs yet so I can’t comment on that.
