My son was very happy to receive his 1st ever razor trimmer!

I've been using this shavette for a little while now, and overall, it's a solid product—especially for the price. The stainless steel body feels sturdy and has a nice weight to it, which helps with control while shaving. It doesn’t feel cheap or flimsy like some other budget-friendly options.The fact that it uses replaceable blades is a huge plus—no need to worry about sharpening or stropping, just swap in a fresh blade when needed. That said, the blade loading mechanism can be a little finicky. It took me a couple of tries to get it in properly the first time, but once you get the hang of it, it’s not a dealbreaker.As for the shave itself, it gets the job done, but there’s a bit of a learning curve if you're new to straight razors. Take your time, use a good lather, and let the razor do the work. The included blades are decent, but I’d recommend upgrading to a sharper, higher-quality brand for a smoother experience.Overall, it’s a great option for beginners or anyone looking for an affordable shavette, but it’s not without its quirks. If the blade mechanism were a bit easier to use, this would easily be a five-star product.

Works well and love it.

after 2 years the handle broke and blade has a hard time staying on the blade holder. Worse of all is the blade moves and risk of getting cut. The razor leaves a musty smell that doesn’t go away even if I wash it with soap. The only positive thing I can say are the blades the come with it.
