Very tasty and does the job
Most energy gels taste like chemicals, but these ones taste like you are eating a fancy dessert. As a bonus you also get the energy kick.

Energy gels that deliver
I purchased these energy gels as some friends had previously purchased them. I found them very good and there are no artificial products in them and they give you the boiste of energy when its needed.

Too sweet for me
Had no stomach issues with these , they are just not for me as found them too sweet . However I have had quite a large sugar deduction in diet over last few years .

Hole in package
Hole in my cherry bakewell. This leaked sticky gel all over my other gels which were packaged together. Not impressed

Insanely sweet but very effective
I really like these. I couldn't eat one as a snack as they are way too sweet and I eat neat honey! However, on a 20 mile plus run they are fantastic. I sink one every 25 minutes or so with a decent slurp of water. They go down easily, aren't thick or unpleasant to swallow. No negative stomach effects either during or after the run. Also, no muscle cramps so the isotonic effect is great too and mitigates the need to overhydrate and then stop for extra toilet breaks!
