THROWBACK THEATER: Needing some 'DE LA' in my 'SOUL'.
For me, this trio was ALWAYS a bit different. They were like a gritter version of PM Dawn, which is not a bad thing. To start, ME, MYSELF & I is my FOREVER SONG! BUDDY was a close second, and I totally forgot about POTHOLES IN MY YARD. The beats were FEROCIOUS! Their bars were 'too cool for school' and mixed with the music and ain't nothin' but a monster party going on here! They also had the biggest collaborations during their career. Busta Rhymes, Queen Latifah, Zhane, Chaka Khan, Slick Rick and many more contributed their talents to make these songs on the scale that reaches AWESOME! This is a two disc set that will definitely have your ears, knees & feet do the most and will continue after it's over.
