... I am always Leary on an item with a good price as I expect a quality product
First of all I will comment that I am a serious perfectionist and I am always Leary on an item with a good price as I expect a quality product. I will say that this tub has delivered in many ways. The quality is excellent. It arrived in good packaging and was shrink wrapped and padded underneath the cardboard. The directions for installation are somewhat lacking, but if you put common sense approach into the equation it is quite simple for you or your plumber to install as long as you level the bottom adjustable feet prior to installation. There is only one drain as the overflow connects into the built in drain so that definitely simplifies it for the plumber and costs of install are less. After installation the tub is beautiful! This is a large tub overall in size but when you are in it, it feels not too large on the inside and fills quite fast with water. I would not only recommend in comparison to other tubs out there, but I would highly recommend in terms of quality and look to compliment your renovation as it did mine.

Love the tub!
Comfy and well made. Only two items I would change. I’m 6’4 so I wish it was a tad longer. And we had to afix tub to tile floor because it is light and moved around.

Large tub perfect for tall people to take a bath comfortably
I’m 5’11” and finding a freestanding tub that was deep and long enough for me to stretch my legs out was hard. This one is perfect and great quality. The drain assembly was poorly planned so we changed out the drainage hoses. Other than that, we love it. Sleek design to fit modern or vintage styles of decor. Best price I was able to find as well and it’s the same manufacturer you find in home improvement stores. You can’t beat the value!! Would definitely but again if I add another bathroom in my house

real beautiful tub but no directions. nothing. we I called the person on the phone was kind but no help at all. in fact she was completely wrong in everything she told me. no one there has any idea how to install the tub. finally I just said screw it and put tons and tons of liquid glue to secure it to the tile. the seal is not strong and I know sometime soon it will break.

The tub is beautiful and is just as described
The tub is beautiful and is just as described. The picture of the faucet shows a base plate at the bottom. This does not come with it. I didn't really need it because the tub actually hides the bottom of where my faucet is. My wife loves it and that is the important thing!!! Happy wife, Happy life!!!

Looks good functions bad.
Looks nice. Super light so moving into place was a breeze but that's also where the problems begin. There is no way to anchor this down to the floor since it is so light so any bump or brush up against this tub will cause it to move. The only point of contact it has is the drain line and a drain line is just not meant and shouldn't be use to secure a large tub like this. I consider this a major design flaw. Make a way to anchor it down or secure it to the floor in some fashion once you have it all set and leveled. We used contractor grade silicone on all the feet for the tile floor, then filled it up with water and left it for a few days to really keep it down. This didn't keep it anchored all the way but the silicone does a good job gripping the tile so at least it doesn't move without a major bump or hit to the unit. Good luck if you decide to purchase this unit. You'll love the looks but will be disappointed if you can't get it to stay in place right.

Challenging Install with the faucet on the deck.
I could not get my plumber to install this so I tackled the installation myself. I mounted the faucet on the flat deck at the foot of the tub and there is sufficient room. Be very careful choosing the faucet as there is only enough room for about a 6 inch profile for the rough in valves. The 6 inches is measured from the bottom of the deck to the lower end of the valve. Anything larger and it will hit the side wall of the tub. I used PEX and it required several (4) elbows to stair-step the pipe from the valve down to the floor. It would have been much simpler if the manufacturer had provided a good profile drawing and even some recommendations on valves that would work. The instruction only say that the faucet should be installed 2 inches from the corner. Well there is no corner, that part of the tub is rounded. I used a KOHLER K-300-KR-NA high flow valve but modified the spout washer so that I didn't need to solder it in the installed position. I would be best to choose a faucet that can be fully installed from underneath the deck. I celebrated the completion of the install with a nice Oregon Pinot noir.
