A lifesaver!
My two large (70+ pound dogs) are notorious pullers on walks when the leash is clipped to their collars and it drives my husband nuts. I also hate seeing their necks yank around. I decided to give these harnesses a try and it's the best thing I could have done! They do not pull AT ALL and my husband and I have more control over these large dogs during walks. The harnesses are easy to put on, easily adjustable, and cute! I would recommend for any difficult walker!

Oh my goodness! It truly works!
This harness is absolutely the best. I wish I had bought it earlier. I have 10 month old mini golden doodle that has energy galore. I've tried several things from a regular collar and a typical cloth harness, to a waist walker. Nothing has come close to what this product offers. I've used it only twice and it's night and day difference in walking ease. Perhaps it's similar to a bridle although not in the mouth, but the chest compression on the D ring feature works so well. My dog had a chest/belly of 18 inches and a front chest of 13" ( she weighs 20 lbs.), so I think I should have bought a small rather than small/medium but I was able to make it work but tightening everything as much as possible. I sewed the cords down so they wouldn't loosen while walking. This helped greatly. Anyway, make sure you measure your dog, as this must fit properly to be effective. It is a wonderful product. I HIGHLY recommend.

Pretty good harness
I just bought my third of these harnesses. Unfortunately, our cockapoo has chewed all the way through them and you can only sew them together so many times. It is very adjustable, but the buckles slide around. I sew them in place once I get the fit perfect. Our dog manages to free himself from other harnesses of different styles. He can’t get out of this one! It’s designed to eliminate pulling. It definitely helps, but he still pulls at times. It’s pretty lightweight and it’s easy to get on and off after you get used to it. I always use the buckle on the gray bottom section. The color selection is nice.

Stops pulling
I have a 50 lb mixed breed dog that could give a NFL football player a run for their money trying to keep her from dragging them down the street on walks. She’s the smallest dog I’ve ever had and probably the strongest. I’ve tried every kind of collar & harness to stop her pulling with no luck. A trainer told me about this type of harness with the martingale loop on the front & the harness around the legs that control the body more so I thought I’d try it. This in combination with a leash with a shorter handle made an immediate difference. For the first time since I started fostering a second dog, I was able to take them on a decent walk longer than the down the street without feeling like I just had a major workout. Both dogs were well controlled and walked nicely next to me.

It stopped my dog's pulling almost instantly
My dog is a nearly perfect American Bulldog. Nearly perfect because he never learned to walk on a leash (he was rescued from an environment of total neglect) and pulls quite hard. I didn't want to hurt him with a prong or shock collar, and normal training wasn't working particularly well, so I decided to give this harness a try along with the training. He stopped pulling almost immediately, although I'm not really sure why. I frankly don't like the harness because I don't think it's comfortable for him and I'm trying to give him a good life to make up for his terrible life before I adopted him, but it absolutely seems to do the job. My hope is that he'll at some point learn that pulling is counterproductive, and then I can put him in a more comfortable harness.

Does its job, but very hard to put on.
Doggo has never got loose from it, and the instant I put it on her, she pulls way less. But it has multiple clips and attachments and even though they're labeled, putting it on her the first time was a nightmare. After that, I always unclip just one clip, always the same one, so putting it on is just a matter of remembering where to clip. But sometimes I've unclipped the wrong one, and putting it back on becomes the same nightmare again.I find that once you have it on correctly, the best thing to do after your Dog's walk, is to unclip it from the right side, then pull it off over her head. When you put it back on her, get it positioned over her head first, then just clip the right side again. With practice, no sweat.

Perfect for my pulling pug
The media could not be loaded. Got this for my puppy when she was a little less than a year old, and recently got the next size up since she’s grown a little. Both fit perfectly, and have held up very well. For such a little dog, she has a powerful pull, and even with months of puppy training, nothing helped except this harness. She doesn’t yank at the leash nearly as hard, and even when she does pull, I can tell the harness isn’t hurting her the way the traditional ones seemed to. Recently tried using a traditional one, and there’s no contest. This is the only one that works for her.As a con, I will say she can slip a paw out (or even escape the harness entirely) if she’s excited and pulling at a strange angle or if we run into another dog and she tries to play with it on. I’ve never had an issue with her actually breaking free and running off because I’m right next to her if she happens to pop a paw out and I can fix it right away, but it’s something to keep in mind if you have an escape artist.
