Not for all training types
The description says this mat is suitable for all training types. So purchased this to do some HIIT training at home. Within seconds of just standing on it whilst wearing trainers the mat indented to the shape of my trainers. Whilst it felt nice and soft, once I started moving around around on the mat, small holes started to rip into the mat. I am too worried to do anything on it now in case it rips. It would be great for yoga or barefoot exercises. The description needs to be changed.

It works though I do occasional find that it slips about on my hard wood floor which isnt great....but that could just be to do with my floor rather than the mat. apart from that, no complaints
