The cookie dough is full of flavor and the texture is smooth like butter. It is definitely a good treat if you’re craving cookie dough!

Arrived with completely thawed cold packs and not cold in the slightest, obviously having not been chilled during shipping. The shipping wasn't delayed at all. As a matter of fact, it arrived earlier than advertised. There's absolutely no reason it should've arrived to me in the state that it did.I tried a few spoonfuls of the chocolate chip flavor and thought it tasted fine, and continued to try the rest, and got VIOLENTLY ILL the next day.The cooling and insulation is insufficient and does not serve its purpose, especially during warm weather.

I previously left a glowing review for this product, because it was amazing. I have purchased several times for myself and as gifts for friends. This recent order was a different consistency (more grainy) and far less chocolate chips. I reached out the company in a really nice way and was offered a discount to buy more. Not sure how that is a relevant reply to a complaint... "Here's a way for us to get more money from you, disgruntled customer." Sadly, will not be purchasing again.
