I purchased this to use at work and so far it has been very helpful. It fits my needs and I would recommend it to anyone.

It is easy to read, understand and useful for anyone who want to use it as a tool to recruit a right person for a position. Also a lot of examples. However, I would like to have more examples of evaluation of the positions.I recommend this book to HR or any managers who want to understand the basic foundations for hiring process.I did this rating because I think it is not perfect for writing JD yet.

Didn't find it very helpful

This book is great to use as an HR Resource. I recommend to any HR professional to put in your "toolkit". If you are involved in writing job descriptions, this book is nice to have. Easy to read.

Contents can be done through quick research in the Internet. Not much help at all.

Very practical book. The suggested guide questions helped me clarify what I needed to consider in coming up with a good job description.

Haven't had a chance to read book yet. Ask for review when I have reviewed entire book. So far so good.
