These coupled with carbon fiber insole = magic
Update: these really work but if you have severe plantar fasciitis issues, Morton's neuroma, side foot pain, or metatarsal issues (top of foot pain) then you need to get a pair of carbon fiber flat inserts to go UNDER these. That's the magic combination. 1.2-1.3mm carbon fiber insoles for most people and if you're extreme pain then maybe a 1.6mm carbon fiber but 1.6mm is really stiff so most would do well with the 1.2, especially for sports to hiking, running. The carbon fiber plate is flat and prevents foot bending the wrong way and toe over bending. It's like putting a steel shank in any shoe. Then this Walkcomfy comfort support orthotic goes over that. There's you're therapy right there. It's the golden answer to your prayers for for healing and relief._________Original Walkcomfy only review:I just got a pair and am trying them out in extra wide Skechers mens sneakers.I replaced the stock insole with these. The built in metatarsal pads are really great because who wants to fumble with the removable ones with the sticky bottoms, and you might not place them correctly. The high arches caught my attention, and the heel to mid section is nice and stiff, but padded. If the main part of the orthotic is not stiff, it can contribute to top of the foot pain, something that those super soft memory foam inserts totally can cause, by allowing the upper part of the foot to get crunched the wrong way by not providing the under foot stiffness and support that is needed. This is the highest arch that I have ever experienced in an orthotic. This might be a major part of what was missing in other products that I have tried.I also like that the heel has a cup of sorts to help with plantar heel pain.I wish I had pads like this a few years ago. They might have prevented the debilitating pain that I have suffered these last few years.I am under no illusion that these will "cure" my foot condition, but having to face the prospect of post pandemic returning to a lot of NYC walking as part of a daily commute, and I need something on my side in this because I was seriously considering resigning from my job and looking for new work that didn't require walking, but that would come at a price in salary, benefits, and pension, so I hope to be able to resume when I have to.I also have knee issues so if these can help with taking some pressure off that area, through padding (shock absorption) and more support, then that would be great.I'll come back and update pro or con later.I hope another review that I read about some guy only being able to hobble short distances and now being able to resume hiking was a legit review because that gives me some (hopefully not futile) confidence.

Yellow Ones Good All Purpose Insert
I've had my yellow inserts for two years now. I have wide feet with fallen metatarsal arches and bunions. I have these yellow inserts in a pair of athletic shoes that I wear for light hiking, cycling, and general purposes. They have stood up. Almost as good as my custom orthotics which I keep in my good hiking shoes for longer walking. These are sturdier than the red pair I bought in the same brand. I use the red version in shoes I wear for shorter walks and casual times. Help my metatarsals. Wish they would go on sale, I'd buy at least one more pair, maybe two. Have moved them into flat women's shoes from time to time and they work there too. I have to have support for my feet no matter what kind of shoes I wear. Can't wear heels.

Probably good for someone
I have a pair of the red ones in my hiking shoes and really like them so I wanted to get another pair for my tennis shoes (shoes I wear daily). After reading reviews I decided that I would try the blue ones. I wore them an entire day and they hurt so bad. The arch part pinched my foot and the raised part in the middle seemed to be in the wrong place.I have bought many insoles over the years to try to get a few extra miles out of worn out shoes. When seeing these I was not sure about the lump in the middle. AFter a long day on my feet I always rub that part of my foot so I thought I would give them a try. Like I stated before, the red ones feel really good in my hikers. I feel that the blue ones have the arch too high for my feet. The quality seems good. For some people these are probably the right insoles

Blisters
My feet are flat (medically diagnosed, not my own guess.) I used ProFoot Flat Fix Orthotic before this, and it didn't give me enough comfort. So, I tried this Walkomfy insert, because of the positive reviews. I've tried several different companies' products over the years and, despite not finding the comfort I've been looking for, there were no problems with those others like I had with the Walkomfy. I've never gotten blisters from inserts before today!I ordered my correct size and the Walkomy inserts felt fine on short trips. But, today I tried to go on a nice, long walk, and that's what went badly. After about half a mile, I felt like my feet were blistering. I turned around, and ended my walk far earlier than I had wanted to. The walk back was extremely painful. In total, I went 1.1 miles (fitness tracker.)I took my shoes off as soon as I got back. I currently have two dime-sized, very red blisters. Each foot has one blister on the inner side, in the middle, where an arch would be if I had them. My shoes had been worn correctly, and they're good shoes: New Balance sneakers, which I've worn before without problems. The shoes were not slipping, not too tight, and I wore decently thick, cotton socks. I looked up what can cause blisters, and those issues are generally the culprits. Since everything else was fine, in my opinion, my blisters must have been caused by the inserts, and people with truly flat feet have a buyer beware situation. Also, my Walkomfy inserts are almost brand new, and walking about a mile isn't a huge distance. I usually walk at least a few miles; like I said, I ended this walk earlier than planned. So, the blister problem was not due to an over-use issue, either.
