I purchased this December 2022, and only a month ago the usb slots stopped working (feb 2025) so it lasted pretty well, and the electricity ports (the none usb) are still working. I'd say it's pretty decent and it did protect my appliances from surges.

Updated Review: Hoteon reached out to me after the initial review, asked for a video to show the non-functional switch, and on confirming, sent out a replacement. The defective piece was collected and the replacement was provided at the same time, within 2 days of sharing the video - making the whole process quite convenient. The replacement looks like a new piece, and is working without issues for now. Kudos to Hoteon for the prompt replacement.Original Review: Seemed fine initially, but one switch stopped working entirely after 3 months. No rough handling or anything of that sort, the switch just suddenly stopped turning. You can press it, it pushes back, but it won't flip.

Good quality, nice finish and loaded with USB option as well. Only down side is all individual switches on/off positions are in opposite direction - will confuse the users in our country.

Top notch quality and very nice product. Added usb charger is a plus. Happy about the purchase
