It's got a little weight to it, but adjustable feet.It was easy to unpack, and setup. Instructions are pretty straight forward. Attaching the handle to the door was a bit tricky. The screw they provide is soft and prone to stripping (probably why the send a spare). Use a good fitting screwdiver.It was fun watching it set itself up and it is sooo quiet. We graduated from the top-loading countertop model. Yeah, I got tired of lifting that jug!It's only been four days, and I'm pleased so far.IMPORTANT NOTE: It accomodates a 8¼" tumbler without removing the drip tray.

Lamentablemente, mi experiencia no fue buena. Al conectar el dispensador, noté que el agua que debía salir fría salía caliente, y el agua caliente salía extremadamente caliente, lo cual puede ser peligroso. Además, hacía un ruido extraño al encenderlo y la parte superior se calentaba demasiado al tocarla, lo que claramente no es normal. Leí las instrucciones varias veces, pensando que quizás yo estaba cometiendo un error, pero no fue así. El equipo simplemente no funcionó como debía. Ya solicité la devolución. Recomiendo a futuros compradores que lo prueben de inmediato y verifiquen que ambas funciones trabajen correctamente. El diseño es atractivo, pero la funcionalidad es lo más importante.Por esta razón, no le doy ninguna estrella

So far it's been working great.

Our top loader finally gave out after 10 years, and knew I didn’t have the strength to lift a 5 gal. water bottle 5’ off the ground any more. I wasn’t sure how I’d like a bottom-loading unit, but it’s really been okay. The taps are on top, out of the reach of our toddler grandchildren’s little hands. The profile is much smaller, it doesn’t block our light switches and the risk of tipping is greatly reduced. It offers room temp water, which my husband prefers, but the cold isn’t as icy as my last unit. Towards the end of the jug, the water won’t cool at all…I assume because it’s being held in the tubing. It’s a totally quiet unit, and really easy to set up, but more labor-intensive to load/unload than my top loader was.

The media could not be loaded. It took a little wait but it’s here! So happy, no more wait of plastic… easy no installation needed other than the jug of water also no struggle to put it on top since it stores on the bottom. Functions good, nice cold water, easy to clean and looks super cute in my kitchen. No noise and easy to manage with color buttons for cold and hot.

The water cooler arrived in a previously-opened box back in November, I should have complained immediately, but didn't. (Did I receive a repaired unit?) After a few weeks of normal operation and admittedly pleasing aesthetic looks, I thew the box and packing materials away, limited space an all.Today the compressor quit working. The unit -- when operational -- is also very loud when refilling. We made sure is was absolutely level and no improvement.Long story short, I asked for refund and was offered a full but pending refund, but I would have to ship the product back, (no time), I would also have to rebox with my own materials, (no interest), or pay $$ for pro-packaging, (heck no), so I asked for a half refund which was declined. $50 credit.So beware and keep your box and packing materials!
