Q: What is the length of the 12-18 month size?

i honestly don't know. i used these as dog pajamas

Q: Why do they have an horizontal extra seam on the back? Does it make them uncomfortable for baby?

I think it is to change the direction of the stretch in the fabric. The front and the top half of the back have more side to side stretch like you would expect, but then the bottom of the back turns to have extra stretch so the inside can span several sizes (6-12m rather than 6m, 9m, 12m sizes).

Q: Is this comfortable for warm climate weather in the summer ?

I think so. I’m using this right now, as it is very hot now a days

Q: What materials are they msde of

60% cotton, 37% polyester, and 3% spandex. They lasts very long. My baby boy is now 15 months and he still fits in 9 to 12month. It stretches, so it lasts long. I love it.
