Great pole for tall photographers!
I’m 6-4 and this pole can extend to my eye level, easily. It’s light and seems sturdy. I appreciate the adjustable foot support too! It also comes with a carry case.

Really like em.
I like these. There is a lot of quality for your money. I wanted to be able to attach a clamp to the “camera” end and hang it from the ceiling. I had to cut the tip off the “ground side” and then i could use an M8 to 3/8 adapter to get into the realm of US camera gear. The 1/4” camera mount screw seems fine and the poles seem plenty sturdy and it extends really really far.Oh, and the happy yellow clamps work smooth and feel solid.

Works Well for Nikon Z5 & 500 Telephoto
Used for a couple months and no complaints. Compact enough to fit on backpack side pocket and not stick up too much. Screws in easily into Z5 and Telephoto lens. Easily extends, locks and feels solid/secure. Minus one star due to zipper bag being very thin/cheap.

Supports a Heavy Video Camera Like Capitol Hill Journalists Use
It doesn't weigh much. It looks very slim. But it attaches to and holds my heavy Panasonic HC-X20 professional video camera aloft very nicely! The segment snap locks do not slip, unlike the bargain basement monopod I purchased at Walmart.

Monopod
It’s a monopod. If you order one you know what you’re getting, you decide which one you buy by choosing the various features it included. I got wha I ordered which is what I want at the price point I was looking for.

Lightweight, sturdy!
It is quick to set up, feels very secure in the mount for my 70-200mm lens- and most of all supports that weight for me so I can focus of taking photos not on wrist pains from supporting the lens! I wish the wrist strap was a tad longer but I can loop it on my wrist and still reach the shutter. It's more comfortable if I just stick a couple fingers through the loop instead.
