Arrived with two pieces broken off the clock.
Clock did not survive shipment from Germany. Buyer should not have to repair a new clock.

Terrible packaging, but great clock
Amazon took the clock out of the original packing and did a horrible job. A piece was broken off and I don’t think all of the paperwork was included. I did check out the clock and it is beautiful. The clock works well. Too bad batteries do not come with it.

Fantastic Cuckoo Clock
Works flawlessly and all it took to get it running were 3 C batteries - nice replacement for our former cuckoo clock that was broken by furniture delivery people. Music is beautiful, dancers dance, train goes round and round and the cuckoo does his thing. Best of all the clock was made in the German village that my wife's family is from, Schwenningen.

Beautiful Craftsmanship
This is an absolutely beautiful cuckoo clock. It was a replacement for one I had gotten from Germany many years ago, and I love this one more than the one I replaced. There was a very small damage from shipping, but I can’t fault the packaging-it was wrapped box within box and well cushioned. I would buy from this seller again.

The antlers on the deers came broken but other than that seems good
